Loose unknown Engine Part

This part on my engine is loose since I had my cam belt and stuff done on last service. I didn't notice it before and have removed the plastic engine cover. There seems to be nothing connecting it to anything on the engine it just seems to sit there loosely

Any ideas/help would be appreciated

metal fuel rail gaurd, just tighten bolts up

one in each end hole i think

10mm deep socket is required iirc.

Take it off paint it black put it back on.

Leave it off weight reduction lol. whats the signature on the engine cover
