Loosing Brake Fluid (mk1)

  Clio mk1
My Mk1 phase 3 clio has been loosing brake fluid slowly for the past year, but recently it has gone down very fast. The problem is that I can't see a leak anyone know where is best to look? Is there a way of finding the leak easily?

Cheers for any help.

it's a case of tracing everything back from the master cylinder. if you've got drums on the back, leaking wheel cylinders is a favourite, as said

take it to a garage and get it pressure bled on a ramp and see if you can see anything coming out at the various points round the car

rear brake compensator on the rear beam is a possibility though

Ok, cheers for the help. Had a quick look and there is defiantly something black dripping from the rear right hand brake cylinder. Any idea how to stop the leak? Is it a simple tighten?

thanks

I think it is leaking from the actual drum, it is leaking down it causing it to build up on the bottom then drip to the floor.
