Loosing coolant :'(

No mayo in the cap at all, or in the dipstick, can;t see any visible leaks its not dripping or leaving a puddle, and no lose in performance!

Whats going on?? Seem to be loosing lots of coolant, engine runs v hot but no idea where it's going!

Aux belt needs replacing obv this drives water pump, could this be a problem?

I'm not sure of the exact setup with the collant system, but if the water pump isn't working and no water is actually being circilated then it will get very hot even if not losing any water. One possibilty would be that it's leaking onto somewhere that it pretty much instantly vaporises, or where it's just thrown straigh off, like the driveshaft but I would imagine you would notice that when looking.

I take it you have had the engine running when checking for leaks?
