Losing my car today :(

My car goes into the Renault bodyshop (in Enfield) today after that stupid bird reversed into my car! They have it for 3 days and im gutted.

Im really worried after hearing stories on here about shoddy workmanship and carelessness. Is there anything i should do or ask for when dropping it off today??

um take a pic of your current mileage then look again after they give it back - if its loads higher theyve been ragging it around.

walk them around the car and get them to agree to any damage... then check it when you pick it up, prior to leaving the site.
