Losing power on over run.. F4R

On my Clio 172 I just fitted new HT leads other day genuine ones and not long ago new NGK plugs.. New crank sensor well most my car is new..

But notice a problem with my engine power on over run say 5th gear 5k letting off it goes dull like the key has been switched off (all lights on as norm revs jus decrease slow as it would..) Then when touch pedal it jolts back in to life it doesn't do it at lower speed/rpm

Any ideas? I've plugged it in and nothing shows stored on ecu.. Thinking its pedal or throttle body not to sure though..

Are you saying that when you throttle off at 5k it decelerates?

Yer but its not normal its like its turned off then you throttle on theres a slight delay and it jolts abit and drives normal..
