Losing power/pulling back

Im driving a 172 ph2 Clio and recently in 2nd and 3rd gear when i get to 4000rpm-5000rpm the car just seems to lose power and pull back.
Also when idle,the car is a bit jumpy and it seems to be spitting from the exhaust but the revs dont seem to be jumping.
Any help much appreciated.

Nope.

I've got the same problem. However I'm showing Engine Emission Light, and I presume yours is constant?

I have no lights up.
Any idea what it could be? Dirty throttle bodies?

Your problem is almost certinally lambda sensor - buy a new one and reap the economy benifits.

The O/Ps problem could well be a lambda sensor also.
