Lost Key !!!

The key for a Clio I have has been lost.

How straight forward is it to put a lock set in it, and to put a new barrel transponder to have it programmed to the ECU?

A new key and to have it coded to the car is around £150, not sure how much the barrel will be though, then theres ther door locks too
