If you have the spare, then you can use that for awhile. Think a new key is about £110 ish. If you have lost them both, then i think a new lock set maybe required, and to reprogramme the immobiliser.
The key is a 2 part thing the metal bit which assuming you don't want to go changing barrels etc (£160 or so) is £40 a metal key I think but it takes a few daays to order from France.
The remote bit needs to be programmed from a dealer (approx £100 all in a key) with a blank fob you'll need to take the car with you so they can deactivate the lost ksy so it won't open the car altough you can have upto 4 keys on the car.
Open boot, climb in and press the central locking button.
Climb out of boot and close boot.
Unsure if the boot will be locked or not, tho both door shall be locked. You could try to frig the boot sensor so that it thinks its shut so it locks it, tho then you have the hassle of getting it open again.
Id go with leaving the boot option open, most people wont check the boot. Leave the parcel shelf out to show that nothing is in the boot, and empty the car. Nothing you can do till tomorrow....or the days after etc.
Could strip the door interior out, get to a scrap yard and buy a lock for the door with key if possible, fit lock and lock car via pressing the central locking button option.
For now the best idea is to ring the AA and get them to take your car to Renault.
You have a few options
1) Brand new set of locks £190 for the locks then £100 for programming probably (2 sets of keys you'd get) and get Renault to fit them. (probably £200)
2) Just order 2 new keys using the present locks. Get Renault to order them and code them for £150 or so.
3) Contact j3ned and order a set of locks from a car he's breaking and get Renault to program the keys.
3) Same as above but get j3ned to send you all the new bits (ECU, UCH and the other bit which is needed) its not cheap but the only otpion Renault arn't needed for.
