Loud bellow at 60+mph and knocking around sharp corners?

  Clio MK1 1.2
Just worried about a few things, There is a really loud bellow from my front wheels, Its not tire noise because I took my chunky alloys off and put on some skinny steels on yesterday and it hasn't fixed it...

And when going around corners I hear a knocking noise...

I'm told It maybe driveshaft related, the noise doesn't stop if i lift off the power.

Could be wheel bearings????

Put car in neutral when driving, if noise persists, its bearings.

The bellow could be a wheel bearing, or the shaft if its totally f*cked, the knocking will be the outer CV joint.
