Loud click when setting off (sometimes????)

I have just only noticed this tonight, but sometimes when I am pulling away from a jct a loud click noise happens - like when the clutch is just on the biting point. Tonight I set off and it made this click and when I pulled up to a jct in town it happend again but this time when I applied the brakes and came to a compleate stop?!

any ideas?

I´m having the same thing here, I think the clutch cable is sticking to something cause I can feel it in the pedal.

I had this and its the ratchet on the clutch pedal. Needs a squirt of grease to cure it.

It sounds like the subfame clicking? Or the drive chain? Ball joint won't cause it will it???
