loud grinding or scuffing noise in first

anyone know what this noise could be, first gear and i set it away, loud noise from the front, kinda like a grinding noise or as if the engine moves when i set it away, only happens in first gear and when i put my foot down.

this happens to me mate all the time well anoyin wot is it any ideas peeps is it supposed to happen?

i thought it might of been an engine mount, coz it only happens when the engin is under lots of strain in first

its the dog-bone mount/ gearbox mount £30 for a new one
