Loud knocking

If i sit in the car and rapidly move steering left to right i get a really really loud knocking noise and can feel it through the pedals. Given it a visual inspection and its going into renault on monday for this and engine mounts so im quickly taking the suspension, steering wheel and putting the 15's back on any ideas what it could be, what are the chances that the rack is shot?

Also going in for a rear wheel bearing, will they cover this under warranty?

get the sneaky suspicion im gonna have to be making calls to trading standards come monday afternoon.

i had the same thing but mine was my top mounts

Sounds like there could be a connection, due to the fact its lowered. Which part is the top mount exactly? Is it the bit with the bearing etc? what was up with them?
