love my 182!

picked it up yesterday lunch time and i absolutely love it! couldnt stop driving it yesterday and when i had to stop somewhere for a while, i couldnt wait to get back in it! lol. im actually looking forward to going to work in 20 mins just so i can drive my new car!
the fuel seems really good too, i drove it back from Bradford and the garage had put £30 in for me and it's still on just over half a tank, the cruise control was great on the m62 aswell and me and my bf had great fun last night on the dual carriageway, although he beat me! (i did set off a lot faster though )

havent seen another on the roads in Blackburn but would be good to!

in other news- my beloved yellow ford ka is being collected by the new owner today :'( so ive taken some photos of the old and new and will upload them when i can transfer them from phone to laptop.

I was exactly the same 4 months ago when I picked my 172 up couldn't stop driving it. I was picked it up at 5pm after work, and all day thats all I could think about. Novelty never fully wears off either, I'm still loving driving it!!

It's finally arrived then - well done!

The alarm is standard fit by the sounds of it. I'd also check that you've got the Reno RAID system armed. Do the doors automatically lock when you start to move - about 5mph, iirc? If not, hold down the door lock button on the dash for about 5 seconds. It should beep and then the system is armed.

I'll keep an eye out for you around Blackburn!

just asked about the alarm as my boyfriend thought it might be an aftermarket one and i dont recall seeing the red button thing near the gear box in any other 182's id been in
