Low boost to mid boost

Hiya. I've got a low boost pH2 172. Taking engine out soon for new clutch, cam belt etc. Whilst it's all out was going to go with a megane head gasket and go for a little more power. Which hg do I need exactly?
I've been looking on rpd and can't find one, also been on Ed they have loads of diffrent ones???? Anybody got a link or know where I can get the right one?

Same one I'm running. Means I can run a little more boost too (mapped at EFI 240.4hp @8.5psi)
