Low idle

Hi guys

I fitted my standard air box in place of a k&n last week and now it seems to idle just above 700rpm when hot. Sometimes when the revs drop when stopping it feels like it might cut out.

I have noticed that the second hole in the air box at the back is open. Would this cause this?

Any ideas as the car feels much more responsive when driving now

holes in the airbox shouldnt make any difference to where it idles,

is it a ph1 or ph2?? its more than likely a sensor that has gone if its idling funny.

It's a ph2 172. I might try the k&n to see if it changes anything. But still shouldn't be doing it anyway.

Any idea what sensor?

Does anyone know what resistance should be across the cts when cold and at mid temp? Want to check it before changing the injector etc.
