Low pass filter

My mono rockford amp has a low pass filter but what should it be set to as it goes from 50-220 hz. its connected to a JL W3. My head unit also has the same, but neither of the instructions tell u what to set it to.

simple use ya ears, get it running and tweek it till it sounds the best. start lowest and work up the frequency till just before u van hear other noises but the main bass.

Yeah, depends on taste really, and also the type of subs youre using. A normal sort of range for 10" or 12" subs is between 80Hz and 170Hz ish.
