Lowering a Mk1 172

I've just put some 16's on my mk1 to replace the 15" oz's that came on it. Now it needs lowering and just wondered if anyone could recommend any particular suspension kits. I've looked at spax but I know a lot of other companies do them, so any suggestions out there?

APEX 40mm springs are fantastic, about £90 plus £40 fitting plus £25 tracking

I'd go with matching dampers and springs personally either coilovers or springs ie Apex and uprated dampers.
