Lowering Advice

Hi

Im thinking of lowering the rear of my clio mk1 phase 1. Im not too worried about it improving handling that much, i just want it to look nice and low at the back. The front is low enough for me atm (standard height) however the rear looks like its on stilts.

Whats the best way to do it? Springs or torsion bar? I read the torsion bar guide posted on here a while back however im worried about the rear brake lock ups it might cause. Also, if i was to adjust the torsion bar, id probably get my local garage to do it, would they adjust the brakes to avoid this problem?

Any info and advice appreciated.

Many thanks

Dazz

Ah rite - Im still a newbie

Is there any problems with adjusting the torsion bar? Has anyone done it? if so did you need new shocks (are there shocks on the rear??) or anything? Also, does it effect handling at all?

Thanks
Dazz
