lowering and alloys

i want to get some 16inch wheels and lower my car 40mm, can anyone tell me how much im going to be looking at paying? i dont have any no claims and im third party fire and theft, just a rough estimate would be helpful, cheers guys and gals

how much i will have to pay on insurance..... ive already payed a lump sum of 822 just wanted to know how much more i would have to give for those mods?
