Lowering and arch work

Ive got a 94 M 1.4 RT n i am looking at slamming it by about 40 mm, but the backs torsion bar, how n where do i go about gettin that done?? i am gona get sum lowering springs for the front, but dont have a fcuk bout how to do the torsion bar,please help!!

do a search its been brought up so many times. its easy to lower the carthe only pain is gettin the torsion bar out!!
