Lowering and spacer help and opinions

Hi everyone,

Ive been looking on here and seen some really nice cars that are lowered on coilovers and spaced 20mm on the front and 15mm on the back.

I was just wondering if these spacers would look just as good if lowered on the apex 40/40 or 60/40?

If so has anyone got any pictures with the apex and spacers so i can see?

is spacers a common mod for cups and 172/182s? thought that would make them burn through bearings like anything..
