Lowering & Changing Alloys

Hi all,

I want to lower my clio and put some 16" inch alloys on.

How much do I lower it by and what tyres will I need on 16" alloys to not rub and keep the speedo in tact.

The car is a 2003 1.4L "Billabong" Clio and has the standard 15" alloys on with (what I presume) standard tyres.

45 profiles on 16s ideally. Lower it 60mm+ or it'll look standard.
