Lowering Clio

Does anyone know if this kit will fit a 95 M 1.4 RT Clio Phase 1:

KIT No is SP150-4000-40 To fit a Clio phase 1, lowers car by 40 - 60mm.

The kit has 12mm diam bolt holes, 50mm apart, is this the right spec??

Anyone lowered a 95 M 1.4RT, and knowif it has 12mm diam bolt holes, 50mm.

If not how easy is it to measure these?
