Lowering Help

I have a 1.4 Maxim Sport and i think its lowered already but i want to slam it more, didnt know if anyone knew how much the maxim was lowered by as standard? I want to go 40mm.

Also i will only need front springs wont i as i can get the torsion bar lowered at the back?

as standard it shouldnt be lower at all....and yes a torsion bar is at the rear...doesnt take too long if u have someone who knows what they doing
