lowering labour costs

how much is it roughly for the labour costs of getting a mk1 clio lowered, replacing springs and shocks.
i've already got the shocks and springs and was just wondering how much people have been charged?

you will need the torsion bar doing 2 unless going to do this ya self but as your not doing the springs and shocks dowt ou will id say bout 200 quid?

torsion bar on my mates 106 is going to cost him 120 then id say 80 for dampers and springs
