lowering me clio

i have a 1.2 P reg 96" clio and was wondering if anyone knows hows to lower it front and back.

i have been told ill obviously need springs for the front but need to adjust the torsion bar at the rear need to know wot the torsion bar is and wot it looks like,need to know wot tools i will need to do both and approxamate cost would be helpful.looking to lower it 35-40mm all round.
