Lowering Mrk1

Fist of ild like to say hi to all.....

Well last night i bought a Clio Red 1.2RN "1st car"
quite a nice runner but sooooo needs to be decked, I was just wondering as the rear has torsion bars, Can i lower it myself ???
If so has any1 done it and can give detailed instructions on how to do this or a web link that explains how to do so?
