Lowering my 182

Hi im a new user i bought a clio 182 a few weeks back
starting to do a few bits to it i have just had the exhaust done cat-back sounds awesome!
i know want to lower it but not too much was thinking 40mm on the front 30 mm on the back
theres soo many makes out there for example pi,apex, h&r, eibach

i know that eibach and h&r are good makes but does it really make a difference?
what would everyone else recommend?

i have 30-40mm eibach springs on my 182, its a real nice height and the ride comfort is good, i would deffo recommend them! I did find that the front end of mine naturally sits lower than the back anyway so i would go an even amount all round.
