LOWERING ONTO 17’S

HOW MUCH WOULD A RECOMMENDED LOWERIN ONTO 17 INCH ALLOYS BE BEST SUITED FOR A MARK 2 CLIO JUST WANT UPRATE THE SPRINGS BOY AT LOCAL SHOP SAYS 40MM BUT THE CAR IS ALWAYS FULL AND GOT MESSAGES IN IT AS IT IS MY BURDS CAR ITS FOR WOULD 25MM OR 35MM BE BEST SUITED FOR THIS CAR AS SHE IS WORRIED

You need to find the ET of the wheels. Generally -60mm is easy.

SO EVEN 60MM WOULD LET HER HAVE A FULL CAR WAY A BOOT FULL OH sh*tE AND STILL BE NO RUBBIN

yep as long as your on about a new shape clio???

clios from 1998 onwards can go 60mm on 17s no rubbing (dependant as Rob says on the offset of the wheels)
