Lowering Question

Ive been quoted around 200 quid for lowering my mk2 ph1 on 35-40mm springs and they said they do the tracking after aswell.
Is this a good deal?
and are there any other places in the midlands to get this done?

I think you could do better, if their labour rate is £40 it suggests 5 hours of work, which it isnt.

thats a bit expensive, i'm just gonna buy the springs and get my local garage to fit them, should cost about £100 ish in total

k tec do it for £130 including springs

dude get some used ones and then get someone local to fit them, it will cost u £50 max to fit them. no need to do tracking

i did the back two myself and couldn't get the front 2 on
