Lowering question

Hi

I have a clio 2, and was thinking of lowering

I've seen some cheap springs lowers 35mm but I have 17" alloys on. Will this rub etc?

Also the springs are for the clio 1, will they still fit

No they won't, get some propr Mk2 ones.

no shouldnt rub and get some proper Mk2 springs as above.

Ok thanks, whats the lowest I can expect to go before they start to run and cuase problems

Depending on what tyres you have to be honest, I had 17" 1.2 sprints and had mine lowered 40mm and it was fine.
