Lowering spring advice and pics plz ph1 172

Hey guys, im trying to decide wether to go back to my standard f1s 15's, and i want to lower the ph1 172 to suite the wheels but dont want coilovers! They just piss me off,too hard! Can anybody advise which springs will suite and does anybody have pics of clio lowered on f1s to make my mind up!thanks

on springs alone eibach are the way to go, prolines barely lower it but sportlines lower about 30-35mm
