Lowering springs, which

Which springs should I get and how much should I lower my 94 clio rt? Ive got 15inch willy wheels on with 45 tires and I was thinking of dropping it about 40mm on either,

Puma springs, 40mm, £32.95?

G-Max springs, 35mm, £40?

Or Apex springs, 40mm, £60?
