Lowering Torsion Bar

How much can you lower a torsion bar?

Ive heard you can lower it as much as you want, eg. -5mm, -10mm, etc.

But Ive also been told you lower them in notches where one notch is -42mm.

Can someone explain this to me please, ta.

as i was told by torsion tuning when doin mine jus stand there while there doin it and tell em how low u want it instead of pissin bout measuring it makes it so much easier!

mines dropped bout 60mm i think!
