Lowering

Hi guy's just to introduce myself. My name is Arron and i've just bought a 05 Clio 1.2i 16v.

Had it 2 days and barring the lack of power i'm loving it. It came with a set of 17" Kasei rims on it and a subtle bodykit from Renault.

Now i've been browsing K-Tecs website and have my eyes on a few choice mods.

Now to the question in hand, how low can i go with 17"s on ? I don't want stupid low but i don't like the gap between tyre and arch.

Just come from a BMW that i had dropped 60mm all round now while this looked mean as hell it was very annoying when going over speed ramps and small stones

Also what other mods do you guy's recomend ?

easily go 60mm.

can go even lower with coilovers.

So a 40mm drop would look good and not be stupidly low you reckon ?

iv got 17" with 40 drop, and its fine when going over speed bumps, no rubbing either when 2 people at the back of ya car
