lowering

  clio sport 182
my 182 is standard ie its not a cup,so naturally it looks like it sitting way to high, but from what i can see it looks like there is more of a gap between the rear wheel and arch than the front,i want to lower it so the car sits evenly and nicely just above the arch not to much gap but dont want the car majorly struggling over humps, wht do you suggest to lower it by front and rear

eibach claim its a 30mm drop, but i think its more like a 20mm drop. can hardly tell the diff from the pics ive seen on here. h&r also do springs for our cars, found that out last week, and they also claim a 30mm drop.

Just fitted sportlines today on my 172 cup, the gap between the arches is much closer now than before and she looks more level, she sits nice and rides fantastic, states upto 50mm on the box but mine hasnt dropped anywhere near that.

Ive got sportlines on my 182. I love them. Great looks and improved handling. You won't regret buying them.

I'd say more than 35mm, more like 50-60mm. I'm no expert though. The fact that it's a 1*2 will effect the drop too. As far as i know the Eibach quotes are usually for non RS models (I think?) so the drop may be less substantial.
Your best bet is to have a browse round the media sections, most people say what they've dropped theirs by.

This is the kind of drop you would be getting.

It was on the cup springs before.
