Mk1's im not sure as I haven't been around long enough to see them all so I'll jump on the bandwagon and say Winston.

F0xy's has to have been the lowest mk2 with those custom rear springs.

Lowest mk3 has to go to Raymond though imo, doesn't post much on here I don't think.
