Lowest clio?

  More poke than viagr
Chris thats lovely, sits right and i love that colour!

I think its because with a sport you can do more, its a functional car, wheras a non sport tbh all you can do is try and make it look nice lol!.....although saying that id still deck it if i had one :rasp:

the problem is, when you lower them so far, you cant drive them nearly as hard.

it would be completely pointless having a 2.0L engine in mine because you can so rarely open it up!

Also with a non-sport (especailly 1.2) there is no point chasing performance mods, just a waste of money, so more money has to be spent on cosmetics, and making it look as good as possible.

Finally non-sports are cheap to buy, and get parts for. Being low can damage things and require work.

If i had a sport, i wouldnt lower it nearly as far!

I love a good low thread and still glad my old car still pops up and represents LOL

Had the worst experience in mine yet on Crimbo eve.

Local retail park, first speed bump...got stuck. Had to reverse, nearly ripped the freakin' bumper off in the process, then got over it second attempt.
Huge line of cars behind me etc. Not great, but I looked cool...

This is as low as ya can go bodywork wise on new tyres 215/35/19 s it sits just of ground at rear and on worn tyres it rests on the street. Had to modify the front once they introduced ramps in my street. took it up at midnight one night with battery grinder a cut off what i needed to get it over ramps. Finally give up and installed air bags so i didnt get stuck anywhere. Its the gold one in picture.
With slight inflation the car will drive. Came second in a lowest car competition to the bottom picture. Think his plate says all.

I've grown out of liking stuff that's as low as possible now though, it just doesn't look that great. Not on Clio's anyway really..

PMSL @ that gold thing, it's not even that low really, it's all bodykit. If it had standard bumpers it'd be a 4x4 compared to the likes of Android I bet.

The stance on androids is ridiculous! It's awesome lol, its painfully low but looks unreal! How does it drive?

I realise I'm bumping an old thread but I've just got home from work and am bored

Think I will be the only person to post a trophy in here just to be different, not the lowest but it could've been if I wasnt arsed about ruining my chassis again. Just for the lols to piss off the trophy purists ;)
