Lowest Offset?

I'm looking at buying some euro wheels and was wonering what is the lowest offset i could get away with..without scrubbing hitting the arches

14s you could go as low as youwanted as they will be no where near the arches any way, its just a legal requirement that the tread on the tyre is covered by the arch

my wheels are 14" with ET21 so when they are delivered il let you no how much poke they have!
