Lumpy engine noise on tick over

Hi all,
Whenever i start my car from cold it makes a really lumpy sound (noisy tick over)... is that normal?!?!
its seems to go ok after i get the engine warm..!
Just woundering if anyone else has this?!?!

(BTW i have a 172 cup 52reg 24k)

yeah mate, think they all do it.

They are all lumpy to a degree at idle its due to mapping when cold for emmissions.

I hate it, lurching everywhere for 5 minutes. You get used to it though, its worse when running the car on 95ron.

Cant imagine what it must have been like for Oms on 91ron.
