Lumpy idle and very jolty when cold

Hi all
got a 2005 1.6 16v with high mileage, 153k.

drives a dream, but the duke is lumpy.

ive given it a full service and cleaned the throttle body with no change.
no fault codes are coming up.

also when it's cold, gear changes are very jolty.
ive changed the lower engine mount and the gearbox mount and still have the same problem.

any solutions to these problems at all?

the 182 i have it the same and it is an issue with them not sure about the 1.6. might be the same. hopefully someone comes along and answers your question. cheers

Perhaps both my problems are related.

Oddly enough the car drives perfect other than that, even with the mileage, it's a nicer drive than my partners 29k 03 plate 1.2

Standard - They run like crap when cold. Almost feels like a switched is pressed when it warms up a bit.

Yeah it's pretty w**k. Always idles lumpy though even when warm, surely this isn't right? I say lumpy... It doesn't stay at a smooth tick over. Up down up down on the revs.. Not erratic but enough to wobble the car about a bit
