Ly r27 Wigan

Saw a Ly r27 driving passed vauxhall in Wigan at about 4 only saw the side from a distance so didn't see if it had a Cs sticker.

Ive seen 2 knocking about in wigan ones knuckles on here and another 57reg some old dude driving it????
