Had some free time today after i woke up an hour early due to the clocks
. So decided to fit the Euro Plate holders which i got during the week and also give it a damn clean, detail, clay & wax (all Megs Gold Class stuff).
Pics of the plate holders and plates:
I had to bodge a bit as the French plates are thiner in height than standard UK plates, so to stop them from falling out i have cut two pieces of clear plastic and stuck them to the back of the plates, this makes them thicker which means they clip in fully, the standard UK plates fit perfectly. Should be easier to switch due MOT time now
Shiney Shiney :rasp: - one problem with having a clean shiney car is it highlights the fact i have shite painted doors, the original paintwork is so much better than my hand sprayed job :dapprove: .
Once cleaned and the holders fitted i thought i best take some pictures of my handy work so here are the results:
Hope you like, i was supposed to have some Yellow fog lights on the way but they havent arrived yet
, also been tempted by some Ronal Turbo's but probs best not as the GF would kill me
.
