Same here mate, I had mine done on 12April but it wasn't due until 17April First MOT He only took 20 minutes and explained there is no point looking for corosion LOL Now the MOT stations are linked to DVLA he had a few probs with his computer, so that added another 20 minutes. They are supposed to take 40-45 minutes on an MOT. On the MOT certificate they have given me another week so the next one is due on 17April 2007
No sweat with only 25k on the clock.
However the car has had new discs and pads all round plus a new DS drive shaft.

What cost was your MOT? Mine was £40

cost of the M.O.T was 25 quid from MR clucth in wakefield witch wasn't 2 bad.but would have cost another 25 if it had failed. in all fairnes i just put new shockers on the back and new springs, did the brakes last year..still chuffed tho cus in normaily cost's me an arm an leg at mot time..on the other car's iv had. just noticed there's no emissions test papers on the new test certificate is this normal?

The emissions Info should be on your check list which should have been supplied with the MOT certificate, but it's not specific to your vehicle it's just the Max allowed for a pass
