Given the choice, I'd honestly take the XR2 over the M3 looks mint
MK1 XR2 > MK2 XR2 > XR2i
MK1 XR2 > MK2 XR2 > XR2i
Two suberb cars there, I don't like the wheel colour on yours and despite how "overdone" CSL wheels are, they'd look AMAZING in silver.
MK1 XR2 > MK2 XR2 > XR2i
XR2 Gally... The XR2i was the following model dude..
Definitely take the XR2.. on a trip down memory lane It looks fantastic! I'd REALLY like to get my hands on another ph1 XR2. :star:
Supersport > all.
Supersport > all.
My mate has a one lady owner from new white 1983 Supersport, 43,000 miles.
1983..? Thats XR2 period... Got any pics Dan? Love to see it!
My mistake then. Its a bare shell at the minute, having a repaint.
It was his nans, she left it to him in her will. He hasn't sent the V5 off so its still 1 owner from new! lol. I reckon it will be worth a fair old whack when its finished.
Don't suppose you know anywhere to get the seat material do you? Genuine stuff?
This'll be controversial...
MK1 GOLF GTi > MK1 XR2 > MK1 Golf 1.3 Driver > MK1 Supersport.
I'll duck! lol
How about Renault 5 Alpine/Gordini > Mk1 XR2 > Mk1 Golf GTi
:quiet:
It looked the same as yours mate. Not now though, its in primer and a bare shell! lol.Hey no problem.. They were only on a 'W' or 'X' to the best of my knowledge. What was the original colour comb of your friends Nan's car? Didnt you mention this a while ago on here..? Fully restored, probably £6k - £8k! What a great thing to be left!
Regarding the fabric, which is notoriously susceptible to rotting in the sunlight.. Try the Ford RS Owners Club, or I believe there's a Fiesta Super Sport Register (dont hold me to that though)
