Mac Mini Ram upgrade

Anybody know any places that sell DDR3 Ram for a mac mini 2.0Ghz. Mines only 1GB and want to make it between 2-4GB. I can do it all myself dont need to send it away or anything just need the RAM.

crucial is as good as any really, we sell kingston ram but a 2g stick of 1066 is £35 @ cost :S but has lifetime warranty.

always used crucial with my mac. plus their website has a very useful tool to help ensure you buy the correct type of RAM for your specific computer.

mrmemory will scan your mac and tell you what you need, they are also cheap. I just got 2x 1GB for about £40.
