machine polisher info wanted!

hey, i've been looking at gettin a machin polisher to do the car with but dont want to be spending mega bucks on one.
has anyone got any good recommendations of a cheapish but good polisher to polish my car and get rid of those horrible swirls!!

Porta Cable from Autopia will set you back about a ton and will be worth it if you only use it the once and sell it on again.
