Maintenance/workshop manuals for RS 182 available on here?

Did a search for some 'sticky's' but cant see if there are workshop manuals/downloads available here for paid up members?

If not then any links to them elsewhere would be appreciated.

Need to understand all the suspension/engine/gearbox bolt/nut torque values in the first instance and then anything else is a bonus.

There is a torque list in the guides section. I used it a lot when putting my car back together so I can say all the info you need is there.
