Major delayed throttle response and very low idle..

As above. If I put my foot on the throttle there is a huge delay and when the revs come down the rev range it idles below 500 rpm and slowly rises back to normal :-/
Any ideas?

Anyone got an idea? It's terrible and sometimes cuts out when I try pulling away

Sounds similar to my problem mate when you put your foot down does it just splutter and sound s**t instead of actually going anywhere?

Im changing my spark plugs coil pack and leads at the weekend.

Sounds like either a MAP, H02 or TPS issue to me but really, a diagnostic check should confirm.
