Manually selecting a radio station

Hi all, is there a special way you need to go about manually picking a radio station in the ph2 172's?

Im trying to use my belkin i trip thing, but cant get the headunit to select an 'empty' radio station frequency :/

You need to enter expert mode.. press and hold SRC 'till you hear beep then scroll to Tuner and set it to MAN.
